Return and Exchange Policy

VACVAC studio webshop understands and accepts if you wish to return your items. Therefore, we offer a full 30-day return policy on items purchased on the webshop. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the package at home or it is available in the parcel shop.

You can expect a response time of 2-5 days from the day we receive your returned items. Please fill out our return form with the requested information and include it with the return package. You can order the return form and return label here.

The full price will be refunded if the return package meets our requirements.

Items must be unused and returned in a condition that does not diminish the quality of the item. Tags on the items must not be removed, including hangtags. If you wish to exchange, we advise you to return as described and place a new order.

Shipping for return or exchange items is covered by you as the customer. All return items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
